Job Description
• Prefer someone to have an NDT / Inspection background
• Will look at Aussies, KIWI’s, South Africans, other nations would be difficult from a logistical point, it’s too far to keep flying back, ideally an Aussie or KIWI
• Prefer single status
• Prefer some aged between 40-55, will consider younger an older depending on skills
• As well as the project specialist role, a key part of the person's role is to develop new business offering other products that company have, again knowing our products is critical
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services, especially government regulations
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying industry trends.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
• Generate sales, including upselling and cross-selling
• Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing sub-contractors - Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders and provide detailed reports
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma from a reputable university - Technical / Mechanical certificate - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Minim 15 years of experience working in a similar industry or environment
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software
- Creative and strategic thinker
