Job Description
In order to maximize brand awareness and e-commerce revenue, this role will be responsible for engaging and managing new and existing partners and platforms. You will need to cultivate a balanced spectrum of partners:
- Acquire and build relationships with quality partners and affiliates to increase exposure
- Manage existing partner platforms and collaborate on platform campaigns
- Identify and contact potential partners that can benefit from incremental diners during their off-peak hours.
- Present convincing business cases to demonstrate clear value to these potential restaurant partners.
- Continuously analyze, identify, and execute value creation opportunities for existing partners
- Meet rigorous daily reporting requirements
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ year of experience in BD manager, partnerships, particularly in the lifestyle or food and beverage industry
- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- Skilled in building strategic and tactical business relationships
- Comfortable with data and analytics in order to monitor partner and affiliate performance
- Independent and result-driven mindset
- Able to meet tight deadlines and produce creative work with quick turnaround
- High levels of persistence, results driven, and passion for a career within a startup environment.
- Has experience working in a diverse, international environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and intuition.
- Ability to communicate and present convincingly both over the phone and face to face.
- A strong work ethic and desire to accomplish the job successfully with best use of resources.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under-pressure.
- Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidence.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
